Berlin has established itself as a one of the top party destinations in Europe. While the wall was up the majority of the clubbing scene in Berlin was located on the west side however since the wall has been pulled down the East has become home to some of the more fascinating clubs in Berlin. While the East has clubs and dance parties located in abandoned warehouses and old historic buildings the West is home to the trendy and elegant bars. Techno seems to be the chosen music however there are more then enough venues to find instances of house, drum ‘n’ bass, Latin and trance music.

Most clubs get going around midnight and don’t open until 11pm. Many people will stay out and party until will past sunrise, often leaving a club at around 5 am to move on to another one. With a huge following the clubbing scene is flourishing in Berlin and you have an amazing range of clubs at your disposal when looking to enjoy some late night (or early morning) dancing..

The complex is open Thursday through Sunday and provides a great place to be part of a hip party crowd and experience a range of music at the same time. During the week you can hear talented local acts playing to a young friendly crowd at Magnet. While on weekends there is definitely more of a pop and funk dance feel to it. Overall the Magnet club is stylish and comfortable and offers a dance filled night mostly to 70’s and 80’s mainstream music. It has made a name for itself as one of the top clubs in Eastern Berlin.
